Hilliard’s Electric Aggregation Program.DHC is a must buy for their boxes and i will happily continue doing so. When they can turn a negative thing back into a positive who can possibly complain at that point. As a bonus they also gave me a giftcard as an apology as well. I am grateful for such an easy process, the quality of everything i got and the extremely fast shipping with tracking information. Customer support gave me 0 issues and chose to believe me even though im sure some people try to scam companies and lie by saying missing or broken things. Whoever packed my box is still a human being and as we all know humans make mistakes sometimes. This was my first time ever buying a box from anyone and have literally 0 complaints. I find it hard to believe they are just ignoring people as these reviews state. It was missing a few minor items, I contacted customer support and that very same day they had replaced and already shipped the missing items. I asked a few questions regarding shipping, well i ordered my first box and it arrived in about 4 days. Customer support is amazing, i think all the other reviews on here are fake. We ship based on when you placed the order and many of our customers have an active subscription where an order is automatically placed right away. Our subscription boxes receive high demand, and we start shipping them in the middle of the month or when we are sold out of that month's boxes. When the first customer service agent reached out to fulfillment and said they get back to me, they never did but this one when it came to issuing the refund fulfillment is awfully quick about emailing you for that. We will wait the 5-10 business days to see it in the bank if we don’t I’ll be back with another update. Update they responded to my request for a refund so quickly. ![]() I think they have bitten off more than they can chew and they care more about non-subscribers because they pay more for that box. They tried to say that they have Covid restrictions and forgive me for saying this as a small business owner who has an e-commerce shop that ships hundreds of packages a week unless it’s international there are no restrictions. If you subscribe you’re screwed and they will make you wait the absolute full time and I know this because I have referred other people to get their box and they started having issues as soon as they subscribed. What I’ve noticed is that the boxes come very quickly with your first order or if you don’t subscribe. ![]() I had to reach out and see what was going on with my box before they would ship it then when I got it, it was missing half the stuff and then the third box, I just didn’t get not only that, but then they change their processing days to 15 days and after reaching out it’s been two days since they told me they will look into it, and I’ve heard nothing so now I’m requesting a refund it’s been a total of 21 days that they have had my money without sending me what I paid for. The first box I got was great got it in about five days the second box they waited exactly the 10 full days for processing.
